Based on the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morse Holding Company to the esteemed shareholders, Morse Holding Company announces its invitation to the shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting) on Monday, corresponding to 25/08/2025 AD, at the company's headquarters in Jeddah:

1- Announcement of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2025 AD. 2- Disclosure of the transfer of the financial liability of the benevolent loan (Qard Hasan) from Morse Holding Company to the liability of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fahd Farouk Hakim, following an agreement concluded between the parties.
